The Planning Inspectorate,
Room 3/20 Eagle Wing,
Temple Quay House,

The closing date is will be notified by the LPA, and you will need to send three copies of your letter.
Advise the Planning Inspectorate if you wish to be notified of any decision.

Some Appeals are by an informal hearing followed by a site visit but Appeals can also be by written representation only.

Those living closest should tell the Inspector if you want him to see the appeal site from your property and you will be told the date and time of his visit. If the Inspector comes onto your property, the appellant and the LPA must also come. You are allowed to point out relevant facts and features. If you do decide you want the Inspector to visit your property, please see the booklet (link under next item) about what can and cannot be said.
See the Planning Inspectorate website
You can now also complete their online form if you want to comment on Appeals within Waverley.
