      >Planning Applications >Insert the reference >View Scanned Documents and Plans >

  • Send in your comments
    • Either send your objections electronically via Waverley's website (there is a form that is very easy to use)
    • Or email planconsult@waverley.gov.uk (if you email using this method, you will need to include your address)
    • Or write to the Case Officer:

      Waverley Borough Council, (first floor)
      Council Offices,
      The Burys,
      Godalming,
      GU7 1HR.
      The offices are open
      9.00 - 5.00 (Mon - Thurs)
      9.00 - 4.30 (Fri)
      9.00 - 11.45 (Sat).


  • Please also write to Godalming Town Councillors and Waverley Borough Councillors or Compton Parish Council and Guildford Borough Councillors - depending where you live. You may also wish to write to your M.P.
    • Contact details will be posted if necessary in the future

  • To find out the decision, you can either:
    • Enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your comments and Waverley will send you a copy of the decision notice
    • Visit the Waverley website and read the decision notice.
      • Go to:
        >Planning Applications >Insert the reference >View Scanned Documents and Plans >Decision Notice

There is a period of six months in which a developer can appeal against any Refusal.
